
Physical health and fitness are key to a girl’s self-esteem and confidence, because the better she feels physically, the better she can function intellectually and emotionally. In promoting lifelong physical health, athletics, physical education and wellness classes are made into an integral part of our students’ lives. Our girls either participate in one of thirteen team sports or attend a fitness or dance class. Wellness classes empower girls by emphasizing nutrition, personal safety, positive body awareness, and physical well-being.
