Project Letters and Updates
	As we continue to share news of milestones we reach in this project, we will post letters and updates to this section.

	Phase IIA Construction - March 2012
	Starting the week of February 27, site preparation will be the next visible sign of planned improvements to the Agnes Irwin campus. This stage of the construction, known as Phase IIA, will conclude in early June and will largely impact playing fields and other outdoor space used for athletic and recreational activities. No traffic routes through campus or existing school buildings will be impacted during this construction phase. * Join us for a Special Parents' Meeting about Phase IIA construction activity on Monday, March 5 at 7 p.m. in the West-Wike Theatre. 	Memorial Field Lease Approved
	On June 20, the Radnor Township Board of Commissioners approved Agnes Irwin's proposal to lease Memorial Field on Matsonford Road for athletic use as the school enters the site preparation phase for its Campus Improvements Project. Read the Head of School Letter and an article in Main Line Media News.

	Phase I Construction - Summer 2011
	On June 13, we began Phase I construction for the Campus Improvements Project, the final portion of a 10-year campus master plan to address vitally important facility renovations that will benefit the AIS Athletics Program and student life, creating an even more dynamic school community and educational environment. Phase I will primarily involve site work in areas around the Arts & Science Center and the Lower School loop, including new parking, sidewalks, landscaping and underground utility work. Once completed, we will resume normal school operations for the fall and winter of the 2011-2012 academic year. See Phase I construction site map.
