Dear All,
Below is some clarification about tonight.
1. As per the list of 8th to 9th grade activities/events you received some time ago, all 8th grade girls are invited to be our guests at the Upper School musical tonight; that show begins at 7 p.m.
2. There is no dinner or pizza party planned before the musical; that announcement made by a student was in error.
3. A handful of girls expressed an interest in working with Mrs. Halton on some wreaths from 4-5 p.m. After that, they will need to go home or to 4 o’clock study.
4. There is no planned supervision or food between the time 4 o’clock study ends at 6 p.m. and the time the musical begins at 7:00 p.m.
Over half the class has expressed their intention to be at the show tonight, which is terrific! I hope that this information helps you plan accordingly for your daughter. If your daughter is unable to attend tonight, please remember that you and she are welcome on Friday night (7 p.m.) or to either of the two shows on Saturday (2 p.m. and 7 p.m.).
