Web Calendar Events Request Form

Instructions for completing the Form Every calendar request must be approved by a Department Chair and/or a Division Director. If the request is a Major Event to change or cancel, it must be approved by the Head of School. Please enter all details about the event that you want to appear on the All-School Calendar (Outlook) and/or the Web Calendar (www.agnesirwin.org).
Please fill out the list of fields for NEW EVENT, if this is a new event.
Please fill out the list of fields for CHANGE AN EVENT, if this is an update to an existing event. Remember to enter the original event name in the Original Event Name Field and to fill in the Original Event Date Field. Changed events will be notated with UPDATED in the event name on the calendars.
Please fill out the list of fields for CANCEL AN EVENT, if the event will no longer take place. Remember to enter the original event name in the Original Event Name Field and to fill in the Original Event Date field. Canceled events will remain on all calendars with a notation that the event is CANCELED. |
