It’s time to get excited for 2011. Please note the schedule of events below.

AIS/EA FAN BUS
Transportation will be provided to EA for those interested on November 11, 2011. Shuttle buses will run from AIS to EA and back every half hour. The first set of fan buses will depart AIS at 2:15 p.m. To ensure we have sufficient transportation, we ask that Middle and Lower School families let us know if they plan to ride the shuttle bus. Parking is limited at EA so the shuttle bus is encouraged.

Lower School families – please email Kristen Yoh (kyoh@agnesirwin.org) if you plan to ride the shuttle and indicate the number of passengers. Please email her no later than Monday, November 7th. An adult must accompany all Lower School students planning to ride the shuttle.

Middle School – Middle School students will need to complete the permission slip in order to ride the fan bus. The form must be returned to their Homeroom teacher no later than November 9th. Download the bus permission form here.
