Early Dismissal Bus Instructions

For parents of students who take a public school district bus to and/or from Agnes Irwin:

Sometimes a local school district will dismiss early due to bad weather conditions and Agnes Irwin will remain open. In the event of such an early dismissal, you will be contacted by our AlertNow Notification Service via phone numbers you have provided.

Parents whose daughters typically ride a public school bus must have on file with the school what action the school should take in the case of an early arrival of public school buses.
Please indicate below if you want your daughter to take her public school district bus home early in the event of an early dismissal. Please submit the form by January 3, 2012.

Of course, we understand that plans could change depending on any given date in situations such as inclement weather.  If you need to change your plans during an actual early arrival of public school buses, you must notify the school via an email to the Administrative Assistant for each division in which you have a student.

In the event that my school district dismisses early and Agnes Irwin stays open, I would like my daughter to:
Be put on Bus.  Remain at school, and I will make arrangements for my daughter to be picked up at the regular end of the school day.
