YOU CAN SUPPORT WINTERFEST Program Book: The deadline for submissions to the Program book is January 27. You might want to consider sponsoring your daughter’s Middle School and/or Upper School athletic team photo, a photo of the Middle and/or Upper School Student Government, a club photo, a homeroom photo, or a family photo. The Program Book Committee can arrange for photos to be taken if one is not available. If you have any questions contact Vanessa Penaherrera at vandy116@yahoo.com. Auction: We are looking for an assortment of products and services including sports tickets, unique opportunities, airline tickets, hotel excursions, performing arts tickets, gift certificates, and more! We also need volunteers to collect donated items, help set up the day of Winterfest, make follow up phone calls, and solicit local businesses for donations. RSVP: Invitations should have arrived in mail boxes this week. Because there is a preview party on February 10 for Sponsors and the top 2 ticket levels, the RSVP date is January 27 to be included in the preview party. The preview party will be held at Algar Ferrari Maserati in Bryn Mawr. Space is limited for this party so please respond as soon as possible. Next Winterfest Meeting: Anyone is invited to attend the next Winterfest Meeting on Monday, January 23 after drop off in the Upper School’s Arts and Science Meeting room.
