AIS/EA Day will take place at Agnes Irwin!

Spirit Festivities

Sunday, November 6:

HAY FAIR - 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Student Life Center & Hamilton Courtyard
Please join us for this Spirit Week kick-off event open to all Agnes Irwin families and friends!

Thursday, November 10:

Faculty vs. AIS Volleyball Team, Hollander Court - 5:30 p.m.
Pasta Dinner, Student Life Center - 6 p.m.
Pep Rally & Team Dances, Gymnasium - 6:30 p.m.


Friday, November 11:

Cross Country: 12:00 p.m.
Tennis: 12:45 p.m.
Field Hockey: 1:15 p.m.
Soccer: 2:45 p.m.

AIS/EA Day Spirit Gear Sales:

On Sunday, Nov. 6 there will be Spirit Gear available for purchase during the Hayfair Celebration.

On Wednesday, Nov. 9 and Thursday, Nov. 10 there will be Spirit Gear available for purchase during lunches (11:30 a.m.-12:50 p.m.) outside of the Student Life Center.

On Thursday, Nov. 10 at 7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. there will be $1-$2 Spirit Gear items available for purchase in the Lower School Owl Lobby. 

On Friday, Nov. 11 the complete array of Spirit Gear items will be available for purchase in the tent near the bleachers by Phelps Field.

Middle & Upper School Information:

All Middle and Upper School students will be dismissed at 11:00a.m. Students can bring their own lunch or purchase food from the on-site food trucks. All Middle School students are required to complete the AIS/EA Day MS Permission Form. Please return the completed form to your homeroom teacher by Wednesday Nov. 2. 

Lower School Information:

The Lower School will operate on its normal schedule on Friday, November 11; After Session will also operate as usual.  Township buses will be running at regular dismissal time.  The Lower School girls will go to the Student Life Center for a pizza lunch at 11:15 a.m..  If your daughter would like to pack her lunch please do so in completely disposable lunch containers.  Parent Chaperones will then escort the girls to the fields for the afternoon competitions. The girls will be brought back to the Lower School for dismissal at their normal dismissal times.  

Parking & Transportation:

Township buses will run on their normal schedule for end of day pick-up times.

Shuttle Buses to and from our two off-campus parking lots (The Willows and Radnor Memorial Park) will be available starting at 11:45 a.m. and run continously until the conclusion of the last contest. Please see the campus map below for more details. 

Traffic Notice:  Please note that South Ithan Avenue -between Lancaster Avenue and Aldwyn Lane - will be closed from Nov. 7th - Nov. 12th due to construction on Villanova's campus. Alydwyn Lane will still be open, however please note delays will be expected this direction.
