Acceptance and Awareness of Diversity Conference

The Acceptance and Awareness of Diversity Conference (AAD 2016) will be held from 9:00 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, at Agnes Irwin. This year, the second year of the AAD conference, the theme is Crafting Personal Identity. Through it, we seek to make connections between global cultures, create a deeper understanding of what seems to be foreign, dispel stereotypes, open doors for acceptance and eventually deep interest and admiration of other cultures. There will be a number of creative, fun and thought-provoking activities related to the AAD theme,
as well as a chance to debrief in dynamic discussion forums throughout the day.

To register your school, please fill out the form below and include the names of all student attendees.

On the day of the conference, we ask that there be one faculty or staff person at minimum in attendance with the student group. There is a $5 non-refundable registration fee per person. Feel free to contact Charesse Ford, Agnes Irwin's Director of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs, directly should you have any questions at 484-380-4107.
