Meal Plans
Students have the option if bringing their lunch from home or enrolling in one of our meal plans. The Lunch Plan in Lower, Middle and Upper School will cost about $775 per year. Morning snack is provided in the Lower School and is available in the Middle and Upper Schools for about $375 per year.
Textbooks
Books and supplies in the Lower School will cost $50-$100. Textbooks for Grades 5-12 will be purchased by each student electronically through an online textbook company, MBS Direct. Costs will range between $275-$800
After School Care
After Session is our after school program available to Lower School girls from 3-6 pm on any school day and parent conference day. The fee for five days, full year is $3,675. Daily drop-in rate is $30.
Uniforms
Uniforms are required for K-12 and available for purchase through the AIS Shop located in the Upper School Building. Used and good condition uniforms are available at reduced cost in the Shop as well as through the RenAISsance Sale held by Parents' Council each fall and spring. | |

Payment Options |

Agnes Irwin offers three payment options:
- Plan I requests full payment of tuition on or before August 1.
- Plan II provides for 60% payment of tuition on or before August 1 and the remaining 40% by January 15.
- Plan III allows the tuition, less the enrollment deposit, to be paid in ten equal installments to Higher Education Services, Inc. Application fee is $75.00 per student annually. Monthly payments begin May 1.
You may arrange financing for your daughter's tuition through two financial institutions:
- Higher Education Services, Inc. offers options including Home Equity, Home Owner and Personal Loans or Lines of Credit.
- Bryn Mawr Trust Co. offers an education loan program: Assured Education Plan - a monthly payment plan at a fixed annual percentage rate. For the 2007-2008 school year the rate is 8.50%.
