Seniors Named Academic All Americans

Agnes Irwin seniors India Dixon and Brynne Pergolini were named Academic All Americans in diving and swimming, respectively, on March 29.

The Academic All American Award recognizes student-athletes that have made an impact on their school team and have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Over 342,294 students are involved in aquatics at the high school level in the United States, and approximately 2 percent of these students are recognized as high school All Americans. "Both India and Brynne are four-year members of the Agnes Irwin Swim and Dive team, and have contributed to the team's success in the Inter-Ac and at Easterns during their careers," said Agnes Irwin Athletic Director Courtney Lubbe.
