2024-2025 PARENTS' ASSOCIATION EVENT CALENDAR
AIS|PA Meetings: October 10, November 14, February 13, March 13, April 10
All parents are invited and encouraged to attend monthly Parents’ Association meetings including the back to school informational coffees in September and the January Division coffees. Meetings will be held in person at 672 Conestoga Road and available via Zoom. Links will be posted in AIS-ON.
RenAISsance Used Uniform Sale: August 21, 22, 28, 29, September 4, October 10, November 14, February 13, March 13, April 10
RenAISsance allows parents to purchase pre-owned school uniforms at a greatly reduced price. We sell kilts, tunics, shirts, and gym shorts at our store located at 672 Conestoga Road. Co-Chairs are Meryl Cooper P`32,`34, Jaci Groenen P`32,`36, and Amanda Nezcypor P`31.
Back to School Celebration: September 6
All AIS families, faculty, and staff are invited to join us on the lower school field on Friday, September 6 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. for our annual back to school celebration.
AIS Golf Outing: October 16
Join fellow Parents, Past Parents and Alumnae at Sunnybrook Golf Club for a day of golf. After a wonderful day on the course you will return to the club house for the awards presentation. Co-Chairs are Emily Cook P`31, Lauren Lawson P`36, and John Stone P`26. Click HERE to register.
Spirit Fair and Bonfire: November 1
Spirit Fair is a family friendly event that includes food trucks, music by D.J. Howard, games, bounce houses, a photo booth, spirit gear sales and a silent auction. An all school bonfire immediately follows the fair. Chair is Melissa Hankani P`35. Click HERE to RSVP.
Owlidays: November 13
Parents, Grandparents, Past Parents and Alumnae are invited to a day of discounted shopping and an evening of cocktails at participating stores at Eagle Village in Devon. Co-Chairs are Kat Stewart P`37, Sarah Hall P`37, and Betsy Lanphier P`34,`36. Click HERE to RSVP.

Every year the parents host a lunch for the faculty and staff to thank them for everything they do for our girls. Co-Chairs are Carrie Santoro `92, P`27, `35 and Virginia Kirwin P`35, `36.
Middle & Upper School Luncheon: TBD

Family Skating Night: TBD
Grab your skates and your children and join us at the Philadelphia Skating Club and Humane Society in Ardmore. Admission is free. Chair is Felicia Goodson P`27.
Family Movie Event: TBD
Your family is invited as Parents’ Association’s guest for a family friendly movie at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute. Chair is Alice Bullitt P'27, '28.
RaisE: TBD
RaisE is Parents’ Council’s largest fundraiser. This adult only event includes dinner, entertainment and a live auction.
MayFair: May 16
This Lower School tradition begins with each grade in the Lower School performing a dance around the Maypole, culminating with the weaving of the Maypole ribbons by the fourth grade. Following these dances the girls change into free dress and enjoy a fair. Co-Chairs are Tracey Berman P`33, `36, Alison Cocozza P`31,`33, and Melissa Purcell P`33, `33. RSVP HERE.
