The Center for the Advancement of Girls

The Center for the Advancement of Girls offers a range of programs for Agnes Irwin Upper School students. Student-athletes participate in the AthLEADS seminar series, connecting leadership skills gained through team sports to future college and career opportunities. AIS Allied pairs students with alumnae mentors to build networks and gain life insights, while the Council for the Advancement of Girls advances gender equity through impactful initiatives and community engagement.
College Counseling

From Grades 9–12, Agnes Irwin students and families engage in a comprehensive college counseling program. Beginning with academic planning and athletic recruiting, students build testing strategies and counselor relationships before moving into college search, applications, and essays. By senior year, they meet college representatives, receive individualized guidance, and prepare for college life through the “College 101” series.
