Mind-expanding enrichment activities continue after school for students in grades PreK through 4, providing extended care for busy families.
After Session Overview
After Session is a safe, convenient after-school program that provides an enriching and structured experience for Lower School students. Our After Session program is available to Lower School students from dismissal to 6:00 p.m. on any school day.
After Session is supervised by trained Upper School student workers and experienced educational staff to provide homework help and enrichment activities for Lower School students. Homework supervision/storytime, free-play, and snack-time are all offered daily.
Registration for the 2025-2026 academic year will open at 12 p.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025.
After Session 2025 - 2026 Dates & Care Options
Agnes Irwin offers myriad options for which you can sign your child(ren) up for After Session, including by the season, day, and/or hour.
Full Season Care | 2025 - 2026
Fall 2025 Session: September 3 - November 14 (48 days)
Winter 2026 Session: November 17 - February 20 (52 days)
Spring 2026 Session: February 23 - May 29 (56 days)
One Hour Care vs Full Day Care
One Hour care: Offered Monday - Friday, Dismissal - 4:30pm
(Late fees will result in paying for a full day session)
Full Day Care: Offered Monday - Friday, Dismissal - 6:00pm
(Late fees will result if picked up after 6:00pm)
Drop in Care
Drop-in care is a la carte. You may pick the individual days you need after school care in advance or choose as you go. For individual days, you have the option to choose either one hour care from dismissal - 4:30pm (late fees will result in paying for a full day session) or full day care from dismissal-6:00pm.
Care is available for Pre-K and K students with AIS Middle School siblings during the 2:45pm-3:30pm dismissal. Please reach out to cmozino@agnesirwin.org for additional details.
All registrations must be done through CampBrain.
We ask you to sign up for care at least 24 hours in advance so that we may have the proper safety and
staffing protocols in place.

Late Policy and Additional Fees
Carline concludes at 3:35 p.m. At 3:36 p.m., any remaining students will be brought to the Main Lobby of The Lower School and will stay there until 3:40 p.m. Parents are asked to park and come into the main lobby for their child at this time.
At 3:40 p.m., any students not yet collected will be brought to After Session and considered late pick-ups.
Dismissal Late Pick-Up Policy: As with last year, we will extend a 5-times, no-charge “grace period” for the 2025 -2026 academic year to students who are picked up between 3:40-3:45 p.m. Following the fifth time of late pick-up, families will be charged a Drop-In Fee of $15 that covers After Session Care from 3:45 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
Any student who is picked-up at 3:46 pm or later will immediately be charged a Drop-In Fee of $15.
Our After Session Program ends at 6:00pm. There is an additional charge of $15 for every 5 minutes that you arrive after 6:00pm. There will be a $100 charge after 3 late pick-ups in a single session. Please note that after 3 late occurrences, your After Session registration will be placed on hold until your late fees have been satisfied.
