A longtime educational and equity advocate, Allison’s work is focused on the importance of parent, school, and community relationships. During her career, Allison has worn many hats: student advisor, coach, financial aid counselor, and development director.

Natalie knows firsthand the value of an Agnes Irwin education: she graduated from AIS in 2005 and went on to a successful career in finance. After becoming an application reader for Wharton's MBA program, Natalie wanted to switch career paths to Admissions — and we're so glad she did! Natalie leads our Upper School admission and tuition assistance program and loves to share her AIS experience with prospective families.

Known for her nurturing, empathetic, and detail-oriented personality, Deb brings extensive admission experience to the AIS community. She served at The Montgomery School for 12 years, first as Director of Annual Giving for three years and later as Director of Admission. In addition, she led the annual giving program at Delaware Valley Friends School from 2004-2007. As an AIS parent herself, Deb expertly guides prospective students and their families as they explore the benefits of an all-girls’ education.

A past parent of a lifer at Agnes Irwin and a former Trustee, Merritt joined the Admission Team in 2022 in a new role as Family Engagement Coordinator after serving as an Admission Associate during the 2021 school year. Merritt helps support the Middle and Upper School admission processes, and assists new families joining the community to ensure a smooth and easy transition to Agnes Irwin.  An ardent believer in what an independent school can do for its students, Merritt brings a passion for Agnes Irwin, the girls and the community.
