Helping Our Girls Get Stronger — On and Off the Field

Divider Wreath

At Agnes Irwin, we’re dedicated to delivering evidence-based strength and conditioning and sports medicine programs designed specifically for the female student-athlete. Our mission is to minimize injury risk, improve athletic performance, and foster lifelong healthy habits. Through sport-specific strength and conditioning programs, integrated care, and a holistic approach to wellness, we prepare our athletes not only for success in upper school sports but also for the challenges of collegiate competition and beyond.

Our Upper School teams train multiple times per week in our state-of-the-art fitness center during their competitive seasons under the guidance of our certified strength and conditioning coach. We offer additional training programs during summer and off-season periods to encourage continuous development and long-term athletic growth.
