Mica Wilson ’02 has built a successful career by following a path that reflects both ambition and authenticity. After graduating from Georgetown with plans for a future in law and politics, she discovered that her true interests lay in cities, design, and community impact. A master’s program redirected her toward urban development and equitable housing. Today, she works with developers and government agencies to create safe, affordable homes. Mica believes that excellence alone doesn’t guarantee happiness; she says that true success also comes from knowing yourself, nurturing your passions, and building a life that reflects your values.
