Sarah, an Agnes Irwin lifer, values the impact of strong mentorship, crediting both AIS teachers and Harvard professors for their guidance. A History of Science major, a field chosen by just 3% of Harvard students, Sarah explored the intersection of science, history, and society. With interests spanning math, science, literature, and the humanities, she thrived in an interdisciplinary environment. Alongside her pre-med studies, Sarah conducted research in a maternal-fetal medicine lab, focusing on genomics and immunology. Since graduating from Harvard, Sarah is working on a breast cancer clinical trial at the University of Pennsylvania before she applies to medical school.
