Shona Bhattacharyya ’01 is an anchor and reporter for France 24 known for her insightful storytelling and global perspective. Born in France to French and Indian parents, she was raised across continents and languages, shaping what she calls a “kaleidoscopic identity.” A graduate of Brown and the London School of Economics, she brings a sharp eye to social policy and international affairs. Fluent in French and English, Shona thrives in multilingual newsrooms. Outside of journalism, she lives in Paris and enjoys weaving on a Turkish loom, crafting stories both on-air and by hand.
