150th Weekend: May 1-2, 2020

Join us for the closing weekend of our yearlong Sesquicentennial Celebration!

150th Weekend serves as the bookend to September’s Founder’s Day Weekend festivities. In addition to traditional activities for reunioning alumnae, 150th Weekend closes our Sesquicentennial Celebration by bringing our full community of students, alumnae, parents, educators, and friends together for empowering conversations and a party that is not to be missed.

Making "Her-story": A Conversation with Billie Jean King, moderated by Tory Robinson Burch '84

Event Postponed

As we do our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we are postponing our Making "Her-story" event.

In this special fireside chat, Tory Robinson Burch '84 will distill key insights from tennis legend and social activist Billie Jean King, including how Billie Jean's natural passion for tennis evolved into a purpose-driven life of activism for equality — and improved the world for women to come. Along the way, we will also glean insights from the journey of our own Tory Robinson Burch '84, who, since graduating from Agnes Irwin, has not only built a fashion empire, but also developed an innovative model for women's empowerment and entrepreneurship through her work at the Tory Burch Foundation. Don't miss this evening of joyful discovery during which members of the audience will have the chance to ask questions and participate in a meet-and-greet!

Please note: Our community has demonstrated a tremendous interest in this event! The general ticket release for this event will take place in mid-March, and we will notify our community of the release date and time in advance so you can plan accordingly. Should both general admission and overflow seating sell out during the mid-March ticket release, a waitlist will be established. In the meantime, should you have any logistical questions, please contact Megan Boyle Flinn ’87 at ais150@agnesirwin.org

Reunion Activities

Events Postponed

As we do our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we are postponing our 150th Weekend Reunion Activities.

In honor of the Sesquicentennial, Reunion Weekend has expanded to become 150th Weekend! While our full community comes together to celebrate 150 years of The Agnes Irwin School, Reunion classes ending in 5 and 0 are invited to celebrate friendships and memories with classmates at traditional class-specific activities.

During this unique evening, alumnae, parents, and faculty will weave their way through Agnes Irwin's past and present while enjoying food, drinks, and dancing under the tent.
