Global Health and the Girl Child

This course, offered to seniors, was developed in partnership with the University of Pennsylvania and we have since welcomed Drexel University to the partnership. The course discusses specific health issues that girls and women face around the world everyday. The students learn how to write a grant proposal, design interventions, research the sustainability of interventions and really create awareness about health inequities that exist around the world for adolescent girls.
