- Donation information such as donation amount, billing address, payment status, employer, related tax information, and donation history (including areas of donation/support such as music, arts or sports); and
- Other content, including information You provide such as a specific cause You choose to donate to and/or messages You may send to us.
Certain information such as Payment Information will not be provided to Us, but instead to Our payment processor. Such payment processor may provide Us with donation information as listed above.The payment processor we utilize for donations is Blackbaud and its privacy policy is available here.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Information about Your computer hardware and software is automatically collected by AIS when You use the Site. This information may include Your IP address, browser type, domain name, access times, geographic location, referring website addresses and other technical information such as protocol status and substatus, bytes sent and received and server information. We may also collect information about how You interact with the Site. This information is used by Us for Our business purposes, including for the operation and improvement of the Site, for technical troubleshooting, to maintain quality of the Site and to provide general statistics regarding Use of the Site.

AIS does not share Your personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes.
Donation Platform
It is Our internal policy to limit access to Your donation information to Our professional staff and volunteers who need to process that information for the purposes described above. Your personal donation information is never sold to or traded with other parties. We use Blackbaud for Our donation platform and its Privacy Policy is available here. Any access to and use of Blackbaud's services are not governed by this Privacy Policy, but is instead governed by the online policies of Blackbaud and we are not responsible for the information practices of Blackbaud. We recommend that You review Blackbaud’s privacy policy prior to using any Blackbaud services.

Our Site may contain links to third party websites (e.g., LinkedIn, Blackbaud, and Facebook). Any access to and use of such third party websites is not governed by this Privacy Policy, but is instead governed by the privacy policies of those third party websites, and we are not responsible for the information practices of such third party websites.
Security Used & Retention of Personal Information
AIS uses reasonable security measures designed to prevent unauthorized intrusion to the Site and the alteration, acquisition or misuse of Personal information. Nevertheless, transmission via the internet is not completely secure and We cannot guarantee the security of information about You.
Updates
We may change the Privacy Policy from time to time. Any and all changes will be posted to this page so users are always aware of the information we collect and how it is used. Substantive changes may also be announced through the standard mechanisms by which we communicate with Our users and community.
